Terms of Use

Last updated: 22 October 2026

This is an English translation provided for convenience. The Czech version is the binding one; if the two differ, the Czech version prevails.

1. Introduction

These terms govern the use of the EuMo website and app for drivers and vehicle owners at eumo.cz (the “service”), operated by:

DigiTale s.r.o.
registered office at K Boleslavce 398, Přemyšlení, 25066 Zdiby
Company ID (IČO) 17276632, VAT ID (DIČ) CZ17276632
registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, section C, file 369310
email: talalayev@outlook.com
phone: +420 777 520 727

(the “operator”, “we” or “us”). The service connects users with car repair shops, tyre services and other businesses that use EuMo (each a “workshop”). Help with the service is at help.eumo.cz.

2. What the service offers and what it costs

The service lets you search the workshop directory, book appointments, follow the progress of a repair, approve estimates, view and pay invoices, message a workshop, keep your vehicles and their service history, share them with other people, review workshops and look for jobs at workshops.

The service is free of charge for drivers and vehicle owners. We charge you nothing for the account or for the service's features. You pay only the workshop, for its work and goods, at the price you agree with it.

3. Conclusion of the contract and your account

  1. The contract for the use of the service is concluded when you submit the registration form, by which you accept these terms. Before submitting, you can correct the data in the form as you like. The contract is concluded in Czech; the English text is only a translation. We record the version of the terms you accepted and will provide its text on request. Some features (the workshop directory, booking with a workshop, links a workshop sends you) can be used without an account; these terms apply to them too.
  2. Your account is personal. Provide truthful information and protect your password and passkeys; you are responsible for activity in your account unless it happened through no fault of yours (e.g. after a breach of the service).
  3. Add only vehicles you own or are entitled to use, and submit only genuine documents for ownership verification.
  4. You can close your account at any time, without giving a reason and free of charge — write to us by email at talalayev@outlook.com or by post to our registered office.
  5. If you materially breach the service (e.g. fraudulent bookings, claiming someone else's vehicle, unlawful content, attacks on security), we may block your account or terminate the contract; where the nature of the breach allows, we will warn you first and give you a chance to remedy it. We may also terminate the contract without giving a reason with 2 months' notice, given by email.

4. Contracts with workshops and payments

  1. An appointment booking, an estimate approval, an order for a repair or goods, and an invoice are a relationship between you and the workshop. You conclude the repair or purchase contract with the workshop, not with the operator; the operator is not a party to it and only provides the technical environment in which you and the workshop exchange information.
  2. The workshop is responsible for the price, quality, timing and warranty of the repair and for the information it publishes about itself and its services (prices, opening hours, job offers). The workshop's identity and contact details are on its page in the workshop directory and on the documents it sends you. Raise complaints about the workshop's work, including claims for defective performance, with the workshop.
  3. You can pay an invoice online if the workshop allows it. The payment is processed by Stripe on its own payment page; depending on the workshop's settings, it is received either by the workshop directly into its own Stripe account or by the operator on the workshop's behalf. Either way, you are paying your debt to the workshop and we charge you nothing extra. Refunds and complaints are handled by the workshop.

5. Reviews and other user content

  1. A review can only be written by a user for whom the workshop has a completed work order in EuMo — that is how we make sure reviews come from real customers. Reviews are shown unedited, newest first.
  2. Reviews, messages and other content must be truthful, your own and lawful: they must not be offensive or misleading, infringe the rights of others or contain third parties' personal data. You can delete your review at any time.
  3. You can report unlawful content to us by email at talalayev@outlook.com or by post to our registered office. We will assess the report without undue delay; we may remove content that is unlawful or breaches these terms and will tell its author why.

6. Rules of use

  • Use the service in accordance with the law.
  • Do not send fictitious bookings or bookings for other people without their knowledge.
  • Circumventing the service's security, loading it with automated access beyond normal use, or bulk-downloading its content is prohibited.

7. Availability of the service

We run the service with professional care and aim for it to be available at all times; as it is free, we do not guarantee a specific level of availability. We may change and extend the service's features; we will announce a material restriction of the service to registered users in advance.

8. Liability

We are liable for damage we cause you by breaching our obligations in accordance with the law. We are not liable for the performance of workshops, which are neither our agents nor our subcontractors, nor for content entered into the service by a workshop or another user — whoever entered it is responsible for it. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded towards a consumer (in particular for harm to life, health and other natural rights and for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence), or the rights the law gives you as a consumer.

9. Complaints

Send complaints about the EuMo service to us by email at talalayev@outlook.com or by post to our registered office. We will handle them without undue delay, within 30 days at the latest, and let you know the outcome by email. Raise complaints about a workshop's work or goods with the workshop (section 4).

10. Out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes

If you are a consumer and a dispute with us cannot be settled by agreement, you can file a proposal for out-of-court dispute resolution with the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce), Štěpánská 567/15, 120 00 Praha 2, www.coi.cz/informace-o-adr. Compliance with consumer protection obligations is supervised by the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, and the processing of personal data by the Office for Personal Data Protection.

11. Companies and organisations

If you use EuMo as a business — setting up an organisation, managing company vehicles, inviting employees or using paid features for businesses — that use is governed by the terms of service for businesses and the data processing terms that apply to organisations; the consumer protection provisions of these terms do not apply to it. Prices of paid business features are shown in the app before you turn them on.

12. Personal data

How we process your personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to the terms and final provisions

  1. We may reasonably change these terms, for example when we add a feature or a change in the law requires it. We will notify registered users of a change by email at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you disagree with the change, you can close your account before it takes effect; otherwise the change becomes effective.
  2. The contract is governed by Czech law. If a user is a consumer habitually resident in another country, this choice does not deprive them of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence, nor of the right to turn to the courts of that country.
